Our mission

ShopOMFG is mission-locked from day one. We build commerce infrastructure - and we commit a share of our profit to expanding access to education for the next generation.

The Corporation shall pursue the public benefit of expanding global education access for children and shall contribute no less than one percent (1%) of pre-tax profit annually to qualifying organizations supporting that purpose.

Why education

Every entrepreneur was once a kid with an idea. We fund the ones who do not yet have a platform. We chose a single, focused cause - global education access for children - rather than spreading thin across many. The commitment is platform-funded, not added to merchant or shopper bills.

Our structural commitments

• Pledge 1% of profit to education-focused organizations.
• Public Benefit Corporation. The public benefit purpose is written into our charter.
• Annual giving report. We will publish what we gave and to whom, transparently.
