This Privacy Policy explains how ShopOMFG, Inc. ("ShopOMFG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and platform at www.shopomfg.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, business details, and login credentials provided when you create an account.
Billing information: payment details processed by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
Merchant store data: information merchants enter to run their stores, and information about their customers' orders, processed on their behalf.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process payments and platform fees.
To communicate with you about your account, support, and updates.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service - including payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics and email providers - only as needed to provide the Service, and with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive limited information needed to manage billing and orders.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email dylan@shopomfg.com. Where ShopOMFG processes data on behalf of a merchant, requests from that merchant's customers should be directed to the merchant.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
