Refunds & Cancellation

This page explains two different things: refunds of the fees ShopOMFG charges merchants for the platform, and how refunds work for purchases that shoppers make in a merchant's store.
ShopOMFG platform fees
- Subscription billing. ShopOMFG bills a $25 monthly subscription plus a $0.05 per-order fee, as described on our pricing page.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; the subscription is not prorated for the current billing period unless required by law.
- Fee refunds. If you believe a platform fee was charged in error, contact us within 30 days at dylan@shopomfg.com and we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
Purchases made in a merchant's store
When you buy a product from a store powered by ShopOMFG, your purchase is with that merchant, not with ShopOMFG. Each merchant sets and publishes their own refund, return, and cancellation policy, and is responsible for honoring it. Refunds for store purchases are issued by the merchant through the original payment method.
If you are a shopper seeking a refund or have an issue with an order, please contact the store you purchased from directly, using the contact details on that store or your order confirmation.
Pass-through charges
Charges billed by third parties - such as payment processing, shipping labels, or optional tax calculation - are governed by those providers' terms. Payment processing fees are generally non-refundable by the processor even when an order is refunded; check your processor's policy for details.
